Credit amount and eligibility are set and administered by Duke Energy, not Energy Resource Affiliates. It covers qualifying wiring and panel upgrade costs, not the charger unit, installation labor, or permit fees. Duke Energy requires proof of registered ownership of an EV to qualify.

If your panel is already close to its limit, we may be able to pair your charger with a PSP Products load management device. It monitors your home's electrical demand and allows the charger to operate when sufficient panel capacity is available, helping you add Level 2 charging without an expensive panel or service upgrade.
